Abstract
Today globalization is on the rise, and much of this trend has influenced Chinese companies to be more interested in expanding into the global market but it has been observed that this expansion has been hampered by some major difficulties in some of the most fundamental tools such as the important market research, understanding tax and fiscal policies as well as human resource planning. Such gaps not only hamper successful penetration in the market but also increase both financial and compliance risks. This paper identifies the most important problems of the internationalization of the Chinese companies and the manner in which these problems can be solved by making use of the third party professional services such as market analysis, tax and financial consultancy and the talent management. The use of these services can help an enterprise effectively manage operational risks and other resources. According to the comprehensive research on strategic deployments of Chinese companies in the overseas, the paper discusses main challenges and solutions of defeating them that are of interest and are practically valuable to company executives developing their strategy to expand internationally.
