Abstract

In the process of higher education in the new era, counselors are responsible for all aspects of students' work. Whether they do a good job in counseling is related to students' daily study and quality of life. Therefore, this work needs to be given due attention. But judging from the current situation of the work of college counselors, there are many problems in the work of college counselors in the new era, which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of counselors' work. Therefore, effective measures need to be taken to analyze and solve them. Based on this, the following text analyzes the existing problems of college counselors, and then proposes corresponding solutions to these problems, with the aim of providing some reference and lessons for the smooth development of various tasks of other college counselors.
