Abstract

In view of the key problems such as low allocation efficiency of innovation factors, unbalanced development of digital economy and weak ability of scientific and technological transformation, this paper analyzes the reasons for insufficient impetus of industrial innovation based on transaction cost theory, scope economy theory and value chain theory, establishes a theoretical model of digital economy affecting innovation factors agglomeration, and proposes ways to accelerate the coupling and coordinated development of digital economy and innovation factors agglomeration. Promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality industrial development has important reference significance for promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.
