Abstract
In view of the problems such as the lack of education consciousness and quality of counselors in the management work, and the insufficiently humanized management system of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the management and education of college counselors according to the theory of management and education of colleges and universities, adopts the method of literature research, interdisciplinary research and inductive analysis, and puts forward optimization plans for the problems. It is expected to bring some new perspectives and new ideas to the management of college counselors, stimulate their enthusiasm for studying related content, promote the deepening of the research of college counselors' management and education, and enrich the research results, which is of great significance in college management.
