Abstract

This paper delves into the application and impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in logistics and supply chain management. With the continuous advancement of technology, AI has emerged as a significant driver in the field of logistics and supply chain management. The paper analyzes the specific applications of AI in logistics optimization, inventory management, demand forecasting, transportation scheduling, and customer service, and evaluates the positive impacts of these applications on supply chain efficiency, cost control, response speed, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges and potential risks associated with the application of AI in logistics and supply chain management, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
