Abstract
This article mainly discusses the latest progress of multi-mode combined antitumor Janus nanoplatform based on chemotherapy. With the in-depth analysis of its construction and design principles, the integration strategy of chemotherapy drugs and nanoplatform, the practice of multi-mode combined antitumor, social ethics and challenges, this article reveals the potential and prospect of this innovative treatment strategy. Firstly, this article reviews the development and theoretical basis of Janus nanoplatform, and defines its unique double-sided structure and design principles. Then, it expounds the integration strategy of chemotherapy drugs and nanoplatform, and the practical cases of multi-mode combined antitumor, including the organic combination of phototherapy, hyperthermia, immunotherapy and chemotherapy. This article also deeply analyzes the content of this treatment strategy in social ethics, legal considerations and so on. The results show that the multi-mode combined antitumor therapy based on Janus nanoplatform has advantages in improving the therapeutic effect, reducing side effects and improving the quality of life of patients. With the continuous progress and integration of related fields, this treatment strategy will surely usher in a broader development space.
