Abstract
The purpose of this article is to explore the risk factors of death in patients with acute exacerbation of HBV, and to provide scientific basis for clinical management, policy formulation and future research direction. By retrospectively collecting the clinical data of patients with acute exacerbation of HBV in some hospitals in a certain period, this article systematically analyzes the relationship between the baseline characteristics, clinical indicators, treatment schemes and death risk of patients by means of multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The results show that patients with advanced age, severely damaged liver function, complications and not receiving timely antiviral treatment have a significantly increased risk of death. These findings have important guiding significance for clinical practice. They suggest that doctors should carry out closer monitoring and personalized treatment for high-risk patients, and at the same time strengthen health education and improve patients' self-management ability. This study confirmed the known risk factors, and also found that antiviral therapy had a significant impact on the prognosis of patients, which provided a new basis for optimizing patient management strategies.
