Abstract

In this study, 198 patients with diabetes nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups to compare the efficacy of conventional treatment and auxiliary treatment with Qilong Yishen Recipe. The study found that there was no significant difference in renal interstitial fibrosis indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment. However, after 12 months of observation, the study group of patients receiving adjuvant treatment with Qilong Yishen Formula showed significant improvement in renal interstitial fibrosis indicators, with statistical differences compared to the control group. This result shows that the auxiliary treatment of Qilong Yishen Recipe has a positive regulating effect on renal interstitial fibrosis in patients with diabetes nephropathy, and provides a new effective choice for clinical treatment, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
