Abstract
This study explores the application effects of blockchain technology in the employee incentive mechanisms of the cultural and tourism industry, proposing two hypotheses: H1, the implementation of incentive mechanisms through blockchain technology enhances the fairness and transparency of incentives; H2, this incentive mechanism positively promotes employee work performance and organizational commitment. Through structural equation modeling (SEM) and multiple regression analysis, the study found that H1 was validated, and H2 was supported in terms of work performance, but the impact on organizational commitment was not significant.
