Abstract
Under the background of the new era, it is very important to strengthen the education of organization building and organization history to cultivate high-quality talents with correct values, a high sense of historical mission and a sense of responsibility for the times. In this article, the synergy between Organization building and Organization history education in ideology work in universities is discussed in depth. Firstly, this article makes it clear that the theoretical basis of organizational construction comes from Marxist theory on political organization and its practical application, and emphatically points out the importance of organizational construction to ensure that the organization always plays a leading role. At the same time, it expounds that the connotation of organization history education lies in inheriting the organization history, stimulating patriotic feelings and revolutionary spirit, and points out its special significance in universities. Then this article reveals the current situation of Organization building and organization history education in universities, including the achievements and challenges, such as the leading problem of diversified student groups and the challenge of information dissemination under the network environment. In view of the present situation, this article puts forward some strategies, such as innovating the integration mode, strengthening the teaching staff and curriculum construction, and perfecting the assessment mechanism and guarantee system, in order to improve the effectiveness of education.
