Abstract
In the post-pandemic era, enterprises face unprecedented challenges and opportunities. It has become increasingly important for organizations to plan for human resources and to develop talent retention strategies. The purpose of this article is to explore how to adapt to the new normal through flexible and adaptable human resource planning and develop effective talent retention strategies to stabilize and motivate core employees in a changing work environment. It proposes integrating remote work, flexible work, and on-site work into a diversified work mode, strengthening employee feeling of belonging and career progression, enhancing human resource management efficiency using technology, and enhancing employee loyalty and job satisfaction through an emphasis on mental health and happiness. Employee benefits are also essential to attracting and retaining top candidates. Employees' job satisfaction and loyalty can be enhanced by health security, flexible work arrangements, mental health support, and family-friendly policies. Employers can gain a competitive advantage in the post-pandemic era by implementing a comprehensive talent retention strategy that not only reduces employee turnover but also builds a strong and stable talent pool.
