Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of globalization and digitalization, the cultivation of business talents in colleges and universities faces new challenges and opportunities. From the perspective of "Integration of Five Domains of Education", this paper discusses the present situation and existing problems of the training mode of business talents in colleges and universities, analyzes the shortcomings of curriculum setting, teachers and practice links, and puts forward some optimization suggestions. By deepening school-enterprise cooperation, building practice bases and innovating curriculum systems, it aims to cultivate high-quality business talents with comprehensive quality and innovative ability to meet the market demand in the new era.
