Abstract
			This article focuses on the penetration of information technology in college physical education teaching. By analyzing and judging the current application status of information technology in college physical education teaching, the advantages and challenges of integrating information technology into college physical education education are identified, and reliable strategies and suggestions are proposed more accurately to promote the integration of information technology and college physical education, thereby improving the level of college physical education teaching and enabling college students to make significant progress with the help of information technology.
