Abstract
This paper aims to explore the innovative application of intelligent microfluidic platform in the synthesis and screening of high-throughput phosphoinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitors, in order to meet the challenges of low efficiency and high cost in traditional drug development, and to meet the urgent clinical demand for efficient PI3K targeted therapeutic drugs. PI3K is a key target for the treatment of cancer and other diseases, and the development of its inhibitors is of great significance for understanding the signal transduction mechanism and developing novel therapies.
