Abstract
Based on the signal theory, agency theory and information asymmetry theory, this paper takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples from 2013 to 2023 to study the impact of digital transformation on the total factor productivity of enterprises and the moderating effect of uncertainty in the business environment on the relationship between the two. This paper concludes that digital transformation can improve the total factor productivity of enterprises. The uncertainty of the business environment has a positive moderating effect on the correlation between digital transformation and enterprise total factor productivity.
