Abstract

The construction of ideological and moral education not only focuses on the cultivation of citizens' moral qualities, but also strives to promote socialist core values, providing solid moral support for the construction of the rule of law; The construction of the rule of law provides strong institutional guarantees and rigid constraints for ideological and moral construction through the continuous improvement and implementation of the legal system. Faced with the challenges of the new era, we need to further strengthen the overall coordination between the two and actively explore innovative development paths. By innovating educational methods and means, we aim to enhance the moral quality and legal awareness of citizens; At the same time, we will continuously improve the legal and regulatory system, strengthen judicial fairness and efficiency, and ensure that the law truly reflects social needs and the will of the people.
