Abstract
This article aims to explore the reform and innovation of human resource management (HRM) in the context of big data. It analyzes how big data technology impacts HRM processes and evaluates the practical effectiveness of applying big data to enhance HRM efficiency. The article summarizes relevant theories of both big data and HRM, delving into the specific applications and effects of big data in HRM, as well as its impacts and challenges. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Research indicates that the integration of big data technology in HRM has significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations and welfare management. The article advocates for enterprises to actively adopt big data technology, fortify data security and privacy protection, foster and recruit big data talent, and promote cultural transformation and innovation to achieve continuous optimization and innovative development in HRM. This study has important implications for HRM practice and provides a useful reference for enterprises to improve HRM level.
