Abstract
This article aims to explore in depth the strategies and practices of library resource management and service innovation in the digital era. The article systematically outlines the opportunities and challenges faced by libraries in the digital age, as well as the impact of digitization on library resource management. Research has found that libraries need to adopt management and integration strategies for digital resources, build and optimize digital platforms, while paying attention to copyright management and information security, as well as the long-term preservation and sustainable development of digital resources. In terms of service innovation, libraries should pay attention to changes in user needs and behaviors, achieve intelligent services, promote diversified development of digital services, and strengthen cooperation and service expansion with other cultural institutions. Based on the research results, this article predicts the development trend of libraries in the digital era and puts forward suggestions for future library resource management and service innovation.
