Abstract
In today's rapidly changing society, the masses have put forward higher standards and requirements in terms of professional skills, ideological and moral qualities, learning abilities, and other aspects. In order to meet these needs, community education, as a form of education that is close to the people and serves the grassroots, has gradually emerged as an important force in promoting community development. Community education is not only a platform for imparting knowledge and skills, but also an important way to improve the overall quality of residents and build a civilized and harmonious community. At the same time, community volunteer service, as an important force in the grassroots governance system, also plays a crucial role in community governance. Volunteer service not only provides tangible assistance to community residents, but also promotes communication and interaction among community members, enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the community. The synergistic effect between volunteer service and community education enables them to mutually promote and support each other, and jointly contribute to the harmonious development of the community. This article aims to deeply explore the synergistic effect of community education and volunteer service in social work, in order to provide useful references and insights for promoting innovation in community governance and enhancing the effectiveness of community governance.
