Abstract
In the new era, art development has reached a high-quality development stage. Focusing on the artistic innovation thought led by Mark Rothko's art, we need to put forward an innovative proposition to meet the social demand for art. The theoretical analysis framework of art development is built on Mark Rothko's evolving art, following the internal logic of art and social interaction to explain the mechanisms of art innovation and development influenced by artists and society, along with the art value. Additionally, it investigates the potential of advancing towards high-quality art development based on shifts in social needs and practical deductions about art growth. The purpose of art development is to provide society with works of art that meet the expected standards, and artists are committed to continuously improving the quality of art and improving satisfaction. To accomplish this, we will enhance art management by focusing on art quality, fostering cultural growth, and meeting public art standards. This will involve improving art control through internal quality measures, creating a system for artist-society interaction and evaluation, and establishing an assessment process for artworks and the art market.
