Abstract
With the continuous progress of building intelligence technology, its importance in residential building electrical design is becoming increasingly prominent. But in the actual application process, we have also discovered some urgent problems that need to be solved. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the current application of building intelligence technology in residential building electrical design, revealing potential compatibility, safety, and cost-control challenges that may arise in the design process. To address these challenges, we have proposed a series of targeted improvement measures, such as refining design concepts, strengthening system integration and standardization, strengthening security-defense measures, and scientifically regulating expenditure. The implementation of these measures not only helps to improve the intelligence level of residential building electrical design, but also ensures the stable operation, safety and economic efficiency of the entire system, thereby creating a more pleasant and convenient living space for residents. This study not only promotes the advancement of building intelligence technology, but also has profound practical guidance and significance for the overall optimization of residential building electrical design.
