Abstract

With the rapid development of science and information technology (IT), intelligent control engineering has become a key force in promoting the transformation and upgrading of various industries in China. In the field of mechatronics, the in-depth application of intelligent control technology has not only reshaped the production mode, but also greatly improved the performance and efficiency of mechanical and electronic products. This article delves into the extensive application of intelligent control engineering in mechatronics, aiming to reveal how it promotes production automation, enhances product diversity, and significantly improves control accuracy, thereby bringing significant economic benefits to mechanical and electronic production enterprises. Specifically, intelligent control engineering integrates advanced sensor technology, data analysis algorithms, and automated control systems to achieve real-time monitoring and precise regulation of the operating status of mechanical and electronic equipment. This transformation not only simplifies the production process and reduces the need for manual intervention, but also significantly improves production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, the flexibility of intelligent control technology enables mechanical and electronic products to adapt to market changes faster, meet diverse customer needs, and further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
