Abstract
This paper discusses how to effectively use big data method to analyze academic situation and apply it to the construction of professional teaching resource database. This paper first introduces the application principle of big data method in academic situation analysis, including analyzing students' study time distribution, study frequency, homework completion and test scores, so as to reveal students' overall study situation, study preferences and difficulties. Furthermore, through the construction of detailed portraits of students, personalized learning suggestions and resource push are provided for each student. In the construction of professional teaching resource database, this paper puts forward the construction strategy based on the analysis results of big data learning situation. Determine the main construction direction of resource library through the analysis of learning situation. At the same time, it designs a reasonable structure and framework of resource database, develops an intelligent retrieval mechanism, and pays attention to the diversity and timeliness of resources. Practical cases show that in the course of Computer Programming, learning situation analysis based on big data successfully guides the construction of teaching resource database, and significantly improves students' learning effect and satisfaction. The research results show that the big data method can significantly improve the accuracy of academic situation analysis and the scientific construction of teaching resource database. However, it also points out the importance of data quality, technical support and teacher experience in the application of big data. Future research should further optimize data collection and processing technology, strengthen teacher training, and explore the combination of big data and other teaching methods to comprehensively improve teaching quality and learning experience.
