Abstract
This paper deeply analyzes the future trend of the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and network security. With the rapid development of information technology, AI is widely used in the field of network security, which provides a new solution for network security protection and management. AI technology can automatically identify and defend potential attacks by learning network traffic and user behavior patterns, and apply it to the analysis and detection of malware. However, there are still limitations in the application of AI in network security, such as high requirements for data quality and quantity, and the ability of model generalization needs to be improved. In the future, the integration of AI and network security will be closer and deeper, and technological innovations such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, AI chips and edge computing will further promote the development of network security. The construction of intelligent security protection system, intelligent upgrade of network security management, privacy protection and data security will become the focus of future development. At the same time, facing the challenges of technology, law and ethics, talent cultivation and technological innovation ecology, it is necessary to take comprehensive countermeasures, constantly innovate and improve relevant mechanisms, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of AI and network security.
