Abstract
The purpose of this article is to explore the learning support service model of online learning virtual partners from the perspective of smart education, and verify its effectiveness and feasibility through empirical research. The research adopts the method of comparative analysis, and selects 200 online learners as the research object. The experimental group uses virtual study partners for learning support, while the control group uses traditional online learning methods. Through data analysis, it is found that the experimental group is significantly better than the control group in academic performance, learning satisfaction and learning motivation. This shows that virtual learning partners have significant effects in providing learning support, stimulating learning motivation and improving academic performance. The core conclusion of this study is that the learning support service model of online learning virtual partner can effectively improve learners' learning effectiveness and satisfaction from the perspective of smart education.
