Abstract

Driven by globalization and informatization, young students are facing the impact of multiculturalism and confusion about their values. Therefore, it is of great significance to shape the correct worldview, outlook on life, and values of young students through the guidance and education of core values. To achieve this goal, this article proposes diversified practical approaches. Firstly, classroom education is the main battlefield for spreading socialist core values, and through innovative teaching methods, it enhances students' interest and participation in learning. Secondly, campus cultural activities and social practice are important platforms for young students to practice socialist core values. Through personal participation, they deepen their understanding and identification with these core values. In addition, use the Internet and new media platforms to expand the communication channels of Ideological and Political Education (IPE) and improve the timeliness and interactivity of education. This study helps to deepen our understanding of the role of core values in the IPE of young students.
