Abstract

Economic and technological development has promoted the rapid reform of the logistics industry, especially its informatization. In general, the more information interaction points the logistics enterprise has in its operation chain process, the more accurate the work, the more efficient the service, and the more competitive it is. If logistics companies want to grow and have strong competitiveness in the market, they need to follow the pace of the times and strengthen the informatization of their logistics processes; otherwise, they will be eliminated by the market.
