Abstract
Students 'participation in vocal music learning is an effective way to realize wisdom education in vocal music education, and learning participation is the key to students' efficient learning. Based on the above background, this paper introduces the connotation and situational cognition theory of vocal music learning participation and student participation theory, discusses the strategy of improving students 'learning participation; designs effective promotion strategy of improving students' vocal music learning participation, maximizes the advantages of learning, optimizes students' learning effect and provides reference for mixed teaching in the new era.
