Abstract
This paper uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to analyze the path of digital transformation of information communication and technology service enterprises. Python is applied to perform text analysis to mine specific keywords of annual reports of listed companies, perform statistical analysis of word frequency, and compare and statistically analyze with the word list of keywords representing digital transformation, which in turn forms the enterprise digital transformation indexes, i.e., the outcome variables. In selecting the antecedent variables, the TOE model is used to analyze the influencing factors of digital transformation, for a total of five factors in science and technology, organization, and environment are analyzed comprehensively. The results of the study show that the most important factors influencing the digital transformation of ICT service enterprises are "investment in R&D personnel" and "enterprise operation and management". In addition, "enterprise size" and "government subsidies" also have an important impact on the digital transformation of enterprises, while "investment in technology research and development expenses", "Age of the enterprise" has a relatively weak impact on the digital transformation of enterprises.
