Abstract

In order to solve the problems of high labor cost, large engineering amount and serious environmental pollution in traditional building mode, prefabricated building came into being. This paper puts forward the design method of prefabricated wood structure in the architectural design of northern Guibei, which combines traditional architectural style and modern wood structure technology, and completes the overall design through three stages: preliminary design, construction drawing design and detailed design. Then, a toughness evaluation model of prefabricated building supply chain is established, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by G1 method, and the evaluation value of each factor index is represented by matter-element matrix. By obtaining the correlation matrix and weighted correlation degree, the toughness level of the prefabricated building supply chain of the project to be evaluated is determined. The research results show that the construction period of the model in this paper is saved by 6 days, and the construction period of the distribution room and drainage pipeline is reduced by 2 days. It shows that this model is helpful to improve the design level of prefabricated buildings in northern Guangxi, enhance the toughness of supply chain, and promote the sustainable development of construction industry.
