Abstract

With the development of industrial automation and intelligence, the application of machine vision technology in the field of nondestructive testing (NDT) has become increasingly widespread. This paper aims to study the intelligent robot NDT system based on machine vision. Utilizing advanced image processing algorithms and machine learning techniques, this system achieves efficient and accurate detection of industrial products. This paper explores the research and application of the intelligent robot NDT system based on machine vision, providing a detailed introduction to the system's overall architecture, key technologies, implementation methods, and application effects. Additionally, it discusses future development directions. By deeply investigating the application of machine vision technology in NDT, this paper aims to provide valuable references for research and practice in related fields.
