Abstract
In the context of increasing attention to globalization and social responsibility, leadership education for college students is particularly important. Social responsibility leadership is not only related to personal growth and development, but also a key force in building a harmonious society and promoting sustainable development. This study adopted a qualitative research method, conducted through literature review and questionnaire survey, and conducted a survey on social responsibility leadership education among 371 college students in mainland China. By analyzing the current situation of leadership education for college students, this study identified existing problems and challenges, and proposed effective strategies and suggestions. The significance of the research lies in providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for cultivating college student leaders with a high sense of social responsibility. The core value lies in providing a value positioning for cultivating "future leaders" with a strong sense of social responsibility, thereby promoting the joint development of individuals and society.
