Abstract

This study deeply explores the integration and innovation of dance therapy in different cultural backgrounds, revealing its diversity and extensive global application. The study found that dance therapy shows significant characteristics and differences in different cultures, and the application of traditional dance elements in modern therapy reflects profound cultural integration. At the same time, innovative applications of modern technology in traditional dance therapy open up new therapeutic possibilities. In addition, this article also explores the global perspective of dance therapy, including comparative studies in different countries and regions and the possibilities and challenges of cross-cultural exchanges and cooperation. The findings highlight the importance of promoting dance therapy in the global health and rehabilitation fields and provide recommendations for future research.
