Abstract

Avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) is a common bone disease in clinic, and its diagnosis and treatment have been paid much attention. In diagnosis, in recent years, the progress of medical imaging technology has significantly improved the early detection of ANFH. In terms of treatment, it is increasingly important to make an individualized treatment plan. Surgical intervention, such as hip replacement, is suitable for cases with serious disease progression. In the future, the diagnosis and treatment of ANFH will be more refined and individualized, combining biomarkers, imaging technology and individual characteristics to provide more effective treatment and better disease management. In addition, interdisciplinary cooperation and future research will continue to promote the development of this field and provide better diagnosis and treatment options for patients with ANFH. The purpose of this study is to explore the diagnosis and treatment of ANFH, so as to provide the latest insights about this disease.
