Abstract

As an important cultural heritage, red classic oil paintings have profound historical significance and cultural connotations, fully showcasing the Chinese spirit and patriotism under the turbulent historical background. When creating classic red works, artists pay more attention to strong color contrast, delicate image expression, and powerful brushstroke textures, conveying the passion and power of the theme to the audience intuitively and vividly. The classic red oil painting transforms red themes such as revolutionary struggle, social change, and heroic deeds into artistic works through artistic means. It not only enriches the expression forms of culture and art, but also highlights the spirit of the Red period and further promotes the socialist ideology.
