Abstract

With the development of higher education in China, private colleges and universities are becoming more and more important in the education system. Teachers are the key factors for the quality of education in colleges and universities, so it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of teachers' job performance in private colleges and universities to improve the quality of education in private colleges and universities. Through literature research and empirical analysis, this paper discusses the influencing factors of teachers' job performance in private colleges and puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions.
