Abstract

Colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of talent training, and need to implement the national education policy to carry out labor education for students, so as to promote the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. "Labor education is one of the contents of moral education. It is an educational activity for students to love labor and working people, cherish the fruits of labor, establish correct labor views and attitudes, and cultivate labor habits and skills through daily life. It is necessary to strengthen the development of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era. Reviewing the development history of labor education, examining the present situation of labor education, breaking through the predicament of labor education and innovating the mode of labor education on the basis of adhering to the guidance of Marxist scientific theory are a series of problems worthy of academic exploration. This study will discuss from the background of the times, the logical way of constructing the labor education system in colleges and universities and the practical way of constructing the labor education system in colleges and universities. Exercise in labor, improve physical fitness, cultivate the mind, cultivate aesthetic taste, enhance aesthetic ability and activate creativity in a subtle way.
