The concept of “Student-centered” is an advanced educational concept, which affects the teaching of each major and subject in China’s higher education stage. Hierarchical teaching emphasizes the respect for students’ individual differences and caters to the “student-centered” educational concept, which is of great significance to students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. This article analyzed the necessity,practical effect,significance and related problems of the use of the relationship between hierarchical teaching and individualized learning in college English teaching.
