Abstract
Cross-school credit earning is an important part of the comprehensive national education reform and one of the important measures to accelerate the reform and development of higher education. This is of great significance for stimulating students’ enthusiasm for learning, breaking the barriers of educational resources in colleges and universities, promoting the fairness of education and teaching, expanding the ways of talent training, and promoting the integrated development of colleges and universities within the region.
