Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises urgently need to build a more convenient, fast, flexible and independent online training system. This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of online training, and discusses the implementation of online training in enterprises. It also puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to carry out online education and training.
