Abstract

As an art with a long history, vocal music has been extending from the primitive and simple songs of its ancestors to this day. Whether it is instrumental or musical, every development of vocal music has a distinct and full emotional imprint of humanity. The emotional process of human life is closely linked to the development of vocal music art. Each performance practice of vocal music art is not only the presentation and interpretation of works, but also an emotional exchange and distillation. As the soul of vocal music performance, emotional expression has many influencing factors. Only by clearly grasping these influencing factors can we grasp the specific methods of emotional expression in vocal music performance and enhance the interactive effect of performance. Therefore, based on the analysis of the importance of emotional expression in vocal music performance and the factors that affect emotional expression in vocal music performance practice, this article explores specific methods of regulating, controlling, and expressing emotions.
