Abstract

By using AI technology, learners can not only gain immersion and realism in learning, but also self-assess their academic performance at any time, which greatly improves learning efficiency and learning effect, and the advantages of AI technology in education make up for the insufficiency of cruise bar service management courses in vocational colleges. However, it is rare that the practical research of AI immersion learning in cruise bar service management courses, and the effect of AI technology application cannot be easily judged. Therefore, this study proposes to take the teaching achievements of two classes in our school as the research object, to explore whether the application of AI technology can improve the teaching of cruise bar service management courses, and to provide a reliable basis for the high-quality development of cruise bar service management courses.
