Abstract

In recent years, our economic and social development is too pursuing speed, presenting the lack of "craftsman spirit". Ideological education bears the grand mission of cultivating morality and educating people, and cultivating craftsman spirit is the important significance of strengthening ideological education in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the task of cultivating talents with high thought and technology which are urgently needed in the front line of national production, and Political lesson is a key course with "moral education person" as the basic task. The factors that restrict craftsman spirit to integrate into higher vocational ideological and political education (IPE) include school level, teaching level, teacher level and so on. This article comprehensively analyzes the constraints and countermeasures of cultivating students' "craftsman spirit" in the process of higher vocational IPE, and further puts forward specific teaching strategies to help higher vocational colleges strengthen ideological construction and development.
