Analysis on Self- Evaluation System of the First-class Academic Discipline under the "Double Class" Background—Taking Jinan University for Example

Abstract
In face of the problems in the subject self-evaluation of universities, it is very important to establish a set of scientific, systematic and reasonable evaluation index system. The paper makes a useful exploration on the academic self-evaluation from the reality, in the faculty, personnel training, scientific research, social reputation index system construction of self-discipline evaluations. "Social reputation" is a subjective index, it is difficult to define, so only the objective index is analyzed. By using the method of bibliometric evaluation, this paper, with 2013-2015 three-year period authority (SCIE, EI, SSCI database, A@HCI, CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH, CSSCI) of the school paper included as the research object, makes a comprehensive statistical analysis of university academic level. The research results of this paper provide an important reference for the development of discipline planning, the dynamic adjustment of universities, and the development of scientific research.
