Abstract
For ideological and political education (IPE) in colleges and universities (IPECU) in the new period, in order to better cultivate students' moral quality and professional ability, it is necessary comprehensively improve the overall quality of ideology educators in universities. Optimizing the instructional mode of ideology theory course and improving the teaching quality are the important contents of deepening the instructional innovation in universities. Blended instructional mode has become the new goal of education model development. It is an inevitable choice for college counselors and teachers of ideology courses to cooperate in educating people to improve the effectiveness of IPE for university students. In the actual education of universities, we must attach great importance to it, adopt diversified means to actively promote the integration of counselors and teachers of ideology courses, and fundamentally play a positive role in collaborative education. Based on the mixed instructional mode, this paper studies the cooperative education mechanism between college counselors and teachers of ideology theory, so as to continuously promote college counselors and teachers of ideology theory to walk in the same direction.
