In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology, enterprises are increasingly using Internet technology, and the competition between enterprises is intensifying, which requires enterprises to carry out active strategic management innovation to meet the requirements of social development in the new era. This paper analyzes the necessity of enterprise strategic management innovation in the “Internet +” era, and then discusses the methods of enterprise strategic management innovation from multiple dimensions.
