Abstract

With the continuous development of society, the demand for talents with strong comprehensive quality is increasing. In order to provide more high-level and high-quality comprehensive talents for the society, colleges should comply with the requirements of the times, change the traditional management concepts and teaching ideas, and integrate the people-oriented management concept into the college student management methods. Based on this, this paper explores the innovation of college student management path under the humanistic concept, so as to create a more relaxed and comfortable learning environment for students, improve the overall level of student management and the education quality of school.
