Abstract

The quality of students is not only directly related to the construction of socialism with politic education, but also related to whether the country can quickly achieve the grand goal of socialist construction, and the ideology and politic education of university student is an important way to cultivate university student to become qualified successors. Contemporary political thought educators in colleges and universities should aim at the situation, innovate their working ideas, strengthen the construction of students' grass-roots party organizations through various measures, and then do a good job in ideology and politic education for university student. Lide Shuren is the foundation of education. This paper clarifies the connotation of Lide Shuren, and analyzes the significance and function of Lide Shuren in the ideology and politic education and teaching of university student from multiple perspectives. This paper discusses the working mechanism of university student' ideology and politic education from the perspective of morality and cultivating people from three aspects: standardizing the evaluation of school-running quality in colleges and universities, establishing the teacher's work system, and constructing the student education management service system. Therefore, colleges and universities should be guided by the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, and deeply explore the effective practice path of ideology and politic education, in order to achieve the sustainable politic education of ideology and politic education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds that colleges and universities should focus on the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people, and explore new measures and methods to do a good job in university student' ideology education, in order to continuously enhance the effectiveness of College Students' ideology education.
