Abstract

Over the years, the differences between rural and urban areas in economy, politics, culture, and social life have determined and influenced the dual state of China's rule of law construction. Most of the powers exercised by village committees can be characterized as administrative autonomy. In view of this, this article intends to focus on how to supervise the power of the village committee.
