Abstract

Political thought education in Institution of higher learning is the specific application of the basic theory and practice of socialism in the field of higher education, so as to ensure the socialist school running direction of higher education, consolidate the guidance of Marxism in the field of ideology in Institution of higher learning, and implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people. Political thought course is the main channel to inspire and educate students with Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods. It is the core course to carry out the education of socialist core values and help college students establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. It is an important guarantee for cultivating qualified talents with both morality and ability. In recent years, institution of higher learning have actively explored the discipline construction, instructional methods and instructional contents of Political thought theory courses, and achieved some results, which has played an important role in promoting moral education in Institution of higher learning, but there are also some problems, especially the lack of perfect practical teaching system. This paper deeply discusses the construction of the practice system of Political thought theory course in Institution of higher learning, in order to provide some reference for the teaching reform and development of Political thought theory course in Institution of higher learning.
